Box forwarding
Specially in recent years our most popular service by far is Box forwarding services. This service is for products that are boxed and des not need any additional prepping and ready to be shipped to Amazon FBA. Due to Amazon limitations and costly Amazon FBA storage fees most of our clients directly send their shipments to us from their manufacturing facilities. Here we receive, inspect, count and store their shipments until they are ready to be fulfilled to Amazon FBA. Our signature $2.99 per box pricing is unbeatable in the industry with the lowest storage among the prep centers ($20 per pallet)

Amazon Fba services
Amazon FBA services is responsible for any SKU or unit to be compliant with Amazon warehouse standards. There are many reasons you may need prepping such as Fnsku labeling. Even a simple Fnsku labeling needs to be taken very serious. Shipbunny only uses durable thermal printed Fnsku labels both on items and shipping boxes so they are always scannable by Amazon FBA. Other popular services are bundling multiple units, other important needed stickers such as " sold as set " or suffocation stickers.

FBA Create Removal orders
This service is for customers that need to remove inventory from Amazon FBA to another address in U.S. Not many FBA centers offer this service due to the labor associated with it. Once inventory is pulled out of FBA centers, they are shipped without any consolidation. This means that removal location address will get bombarded with different smaller shipments thus causing extra labor to process the units. Classic removal takes about 1 to 6 weeks according to Amazon! Shipbunny offers $0.49 per unit received with daily inventory tracker dashboard, letting our customers to track their inventory daily.

Our goal is to make every customer happy and in order to do that we have to focus on certain business models to have a better relationship with our customers. For this reason we only support Private Label and Wholesale customer accounts at this time (We don t support dropshipping nor Online Arbitrage)

Both for inbound and outbound, our processing time line is between 1 to 48 hours after payment for that specific job is cleared.
We can store up to 600 standard size pallets simultaneously. (Amazon standard size 48 x 40 pallets)
We are open Monday - Friday between 10 am till 5 pm. (Central U.S. time) Every inbound Shipment has to be scheduled around working hours.
Shipbunny will not be responsible for any missed shipments that are sent to us outside of our working hours.
Every customer account has a unique address as their shipping address for any shipments that are being sent to Shipbunny.com. You may find your unique address on your Shipbunny dashboard profile. Please apply for an account to get your unique address on the dashboard.

Shipbunny has general liability insurance that covers herself only. However, if you need insurance we recommend adding our address to your insurance policy.

Shipbunny is not responsible for shipments that doesn ' t reach to our warehouse or lost packages after carrier pick ups. Shipbunny is not responsible for any outbound packages that are not scanned by carriers.

Shipbunny also provides live messaging service through " Whatsapp " for our customers who are shipping containers or high volume to our facility.

1- Click > inbounds > send inventory
2- Answer the question whether shipping via create removal by Amazon or not.
3- Fill the inbound form and click send shipment then copy/paste your unique address to your supplier.
4- Every product needs it s own "send shipment" . Repeat this step if sending more than 1 SKU.
We do not accept any liquidation lots, used products or books. We do not accept any returns unless the same SKU is fulfilled by ShipBunny.
Your unique address allows us to identify any shipments for easy inbound process.
Dashboard will provide you with your unique address after every inbound form you submit. Fail to use your unique address could cause delays and even accumulate extra fees.
SB LABELS are the labels generated by our system after submitting an inbound form. This label works just like a fba label which lets us to identify box and the contents without opening the box.
We understand that some suppliers do not print and label SB labels on boxes, however, it is our policy to receive each box with a SB label to have smoother receiving. If you fail to use SB labels and this causes delays it will accumulate additional fees.
Our customers ship us through 2 supply lines. First one being Amazon.com. If you are shipping from Amazon.com via create removal order here is our pricing for receiving.

If you are shipping directly from supplier, online retailer or any wholesaler receiving is FREE unless;
1- If %30 of the boxes we receiving has damage
2- LTL pallet deliveries without lift gate or inside delivery option

Shipbunny is not the importer, we are only a shipping address, all the shipments have to be door-to-door duty paid for us to receive and process your container.
Containers carriers needs to call us to confirm schedule and appointment for unloading. Unloading takes a day so drop-off option is needed.

Create removal process takes time because your removals NEVER arrive to our warehouse at the same day. This is due to each Amazon warehouse ships us separate quantities and sometimes we receive hundreds of boxes within 1 create removal order. However, the process usually in 10 business day we should be able to receive 90% of your removal quantities.
Yes we do! Any small parcel delivery that has a visible damage to it’s shipping box will be subject to rejection of receiving it. For pallets, if damage is present we will mark the BOL accordingly for future claims.
Upon opening your packages if any products are damaged we will send you 2 images of the damaged product/s.
We do not create Shipments or request any kind of level of permissions of our customers seller central accounts. All the seller central related actions has to be taken by the account owner.
